What You'll Do6
- 1Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students individually and in groups
- 2Complete comprehensive assessments and interpret results for IEP eligibility and progress monitoring
- 3Develop, implement, and update IEPs in compliance with district and state guidelines
- 4Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support students' speech and language goals
- 5Track and document student progress preparing regular reports as needed
- 6Participate in school-based meetings contributing insights to student support teams
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical rotations with elementary-aged students
- 35+ years strong understanding of IEP development progress monitoring and compliance
- 4Ability to conduct assessments deliver therapy and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- 5Excellent communication and organizational skills comfortable integrating technology and digital tools
