What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs for students with speech language and communication needs
- 2Deliver evidence based interventions individually or in groups following each student’s IEP
- 3Collaborate with teachers school teams and families to ensure continuity of care
- 4Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to district and legal guidelines
- 5Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- 6Educate staff and parents about speech and language development strategies
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading CFY placements
- 3Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- 4Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- 5Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred but CFY candidates welcome
- 6Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach with educators and families
