What You'll Do9
- 1Assess speech language and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- 2Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and coordinate treatment plans with BCBAs and therapists
- 3Implement AAC strategies and device integration when appropriate
- 4Collaborate in weekly interdisciplinary meetings to align care strategies
- 5Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on data and evolving needs
- 6Partner with families to establish communication goals and share strategies
- 7Deliver evidence-based interventions that support meaningful developmental outcomes
- 8Lead co-treatment initiatives and provide clinical guidance to other providers
- 9Contribute to program development and maintain high standards of ethical care
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master`s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- 3Current license to practice speech-language pathology
- 4Preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience in autism care
- 5Prior experience with AAC is a plus but not required
- 6Strong ability to connect with young children and build therapeutic relationships
- 7Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$86 - $108k per year
