What You'll Do9

  • 1Assess speech language and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • 2Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and coordinate treatment plans with BCBAs and therapists
  • 3Implement AAC strategies and device integration when appropriate
  • 4Collaborate in weekly interdisciplinary meetings to align care strategies
  • 5Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on data and evolving needs
  • 6Partner with families to establish communication goals and share strategies
  • 7Deliver evidence-based interventions that support meaningful developmental outcomes
  • 8Lead co-treatment initiatives and provide clinical guidance to other providers
  • 9Contribute to program development and maintain high standards of ethical care

Requirements8

  • 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Master`s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • 3Current license to practice speech-language pathology
  • 4Preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience in autism care
  • 5Prior experience with AAC is a plus but not required
  • 6Strong ability to connect with young children and build therapeutic relationships
  • 7Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills
