What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and deliver naturalistic developmentally appropriate occupational therapy for children ages 2-6 in a center-based early intervention setting
- 2Develop individualized interventions targeting fine motor skills gross motor skills feeding sensory needs and activities of daily living
- 3Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create coordinated treatment plans with clinicians in ABA speech therapy psychology and other specialties
- 4Collaborate closely with speech therapists and other clinicians including opportunities for co-treatment and shared problem solving
- 5Coach and mentor RBTs to reinforce occupational therapy goals throughout a child's day
- 6Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on data clinical judgment and evolving needs
- 7Partner with families to develop meaningful goals communicate progress and provide practical strategies for home use
- 8Participate in weekly interdisciplinary care meetings to ensure a holistic understanding of each child
- 9Deepen expertise in early intervention autism care while expanding clinical skills across feeding sensory development motor skills and interdisciplinary treatment
- 10Support career growth through flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development
- 11Contribute to a mission driven culture that values ethical high quality care and continuous improvement
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master`s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 3Current license to practice occupational therapy
- 43+ years of experience in pediatric settings
- 5Proficiency in feeding sensory development motor development and interdisciplinary treatment
- 6Strong clinical judgment and commitment to individualized care
- 7Clear professional communication skills both verbal and written
