What You'll Do14

  • 1Provide Speech Therapy services to patients and initiate referrals per department protocols
  • 2Conduct regular patient screenings to identify therapy needs
  • 3Evaluate patients to gather data for treatment planning
  • 4Perform specialized evaluations as needed
  • 5Interpret evaluation findings and communicate results to patients families and team members
  • 6Develop individualized treatment plans with short and long term goals
  • 7Coordinate treatment plans with patients families and healthcare providers
  • 8Monitor patient progress and modify interventions according to physician orders
  • 9Recommend assistive communication devices and instruct users
  • 10Participate in discharge planning and develop home/community programs
  • 11Document assessments treatments and outcomes following department procedures
  • 12Supervise students and volunteers while maintaining regulatory compliance
  • 13Maintain continuing education and professional development
  • 14Record therapy times and submit statistical reports to regional offices

Requirements7

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • 3Current state license or license eligible
  • 4Good communication skills across all modalities
  • 5Teamwork orientation aligned with organizational values
  • 6Proven ability to meet productivity standards
  • 7Compliance with infection control universal precautions and OSHA guidelines
