What You'll Do10

  • 1Assist with diagnostic X rays and attach to patient chart
  • 2Prepare tray set ups according to doctor preferences
  • 3Maintain and stock exam rooms with required standards
  • 4Provide chairside assistance and anticipate next steps with the doctor
  • 5Monitor vital signs and patient well being throughout visits
  • 6Support orthodontic procedures including bonding, debonding, and bracket placement
  • 7Maintain crash cart equipment and supplies
  • 8Help educate patients and families on post op care
  • 9Maintain documentation and digital patient records with confidentiality
  • 10Ensure strict infection control and OSHA compliance

Requirements9

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Active RDA license registered with the corresponding state board
  • 3CPR certification preferred
  • 4Nitrous oxide monitoring certification preferred
  • 5Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental or Dentrix) helpful
  • 6Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • 7Ability to travel not required for onsite role
  • 8Prolonged sitting/standing and ability to lift up to 15 lbs
  • 9COVID-19 and workplace safety training not specified
