Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or contact center environment
- 3Experience in Healthcare Legal Insurance or Financial Services with personal injury focus including medical knowledge and claims law
- 4Strong ability to leverage technology and data-driven insights for decision-making and process improvements
- 5Skilled in developing win-win negotiation strategies considering multiple factors
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills collaborating with team members attorneys and medical providers
- 7Self-motivated relationship-focused and goal-oriented
- 8Adaptable to change able to pivot between tasks efficiently
- 9Capable of working quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- 10Able to work in-office Monday Friday in Las Vegas
