What You'll Do8
- 1Contact new clients within 24 hours and maintain regular communication throughout the case.
- 2Investigate each case by gathering and analyzing intake documents, police reports, and medical records.
- 3Verify insurance coverage and liability issues with carriers using CasePeer and Needles.
- 4Coordinate client medical care by scheduling appointments and explaining procedures with providers.
- 5Track case milestones in FileVine and update clients on progress weekly.
- 6Review medical records for completeness and flag discrepancies for attorneys.
- 7Prepare demand packages by organizing exhibits, bills, and narratives for demand writers.
- 8Handle client questions via phone and email, ensuring a 4-hour response time.
Requirements7
- 11+ years managing personal injury files from intake to demand.
- 2Proficiency with case management software like Needles or SmartAdvocate.
- 3Strong knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10, and MVA terminology.
- 4Experience negotiating with GEICO, Farmers, and State Farm adjusters.
- 5Spanish fluency to support bilingual clients.
- 6Detail-oriented with 3-5 years in a legal office setting.
- 7Ability to manage 20+ active cases simultaneously.
