What You'll Do8
- 1Provide pediatric therapy services and evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings
- 2Educate families on intervention strategies to promote active involvement and goal achievement
- 3Conduct sessions in diverse locations including client homes daycare centers preschools clinics and community sites
- 4Follow individualized therapy plans to address specific needs and document progress
- 5Prepare progress reports according to regulatory requirements
- 6Maintain accurate child records while ensuring confidentiality under HIPAA and other laws
- 7Collaborate with clinical supervisors and administrative staff for support
- 8Offer flexible scheduling to meet personal needs while making a meaningful impact
Requirements11
- 1NYS certification for Students with Disabilities Birth to 2 or Professional Certification
- 2Permanent Special Education Certification or TSHH Permanent Certification
- 3Fluency in another language is a plus
- 4Ability to travel to various case locations using personal vehicle or public transportation
- 5Physical stamina to ascend/descend stairs lift 10 pounds and perform floor kneeling/crawling tasks
- 6Self-motivated team player with patience and professionalism
- 7Experience with ABA Speech Occupational Social Work and Physical therapies
- 8Knowledge of therapeutic approaches aligned with ABA principles
- 9Commitment to ethical standards and collaborative culture
- 10Availability to work across multiple New York area locations
- 11Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adaptation

$114 - $166k per year
