Overview
Own guest experience from arrival to departure in a luxury spa setting with a focus on service excellence. Collaborate with spa leadership to manage reservations, maintain pristine facilities, and support retail and F&B offerings at a high standard. Contribute to a warm, personalized environment that exceeds guest expectations and aligns with Forbes Travel Guide standards. This is onsite, contract work in a luxury hospitality context with potential weekend and holiday shifts.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build guest relationships by welcoming and assisting guests with personalized service from check-in to check-out
- 2Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments while maintaining accurate guest records
- 3Provide detailed information on spa services, amenities, and hotel offerings and escort guests through facilities
- 4Assist with guest amenities including robes, slippers, towels, refreshments, and preparing treatment rooms
- 5Process payments and retail transactions accurately and maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, retail, and treatment areas
- 6Support spa leadership in resolving guest concerns and uphold luxury service standards
- 7Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions
- 8Operate POS systems and basic office equipment
- 9Maintain safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliant practices in all spa areas
- 10Multitask effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment
Requirements10
- 1Previous hospitality, spa, hotel, guest service, or concierge experience preferred
- 2Experience with spa scheduling or hotel property management systems desired
- 3Knowledge of luxury service standards and Forbes Travel Guide preferred
- 4Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- 5Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- 6Professional appearance and genuine passion for guest service
- 7Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- 8Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- 9Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in warm humid environments
- 10Basic computer proficiency and cash-handling experience
