Requirements11
- 1Four-year culinary degree preferred with 5-7 years experience in catering or fine dining
- 2Current Safe Food Handling Certificate
- 3Strong knowledge of food code regulations and proper handling procedures
- 4Excellent knife skills and proficiency with kitchen equipment
- 5Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven supervisory experience
- 6Ability to pass FAA security clearance and complete drug testing
- 7Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
