Sonic Restaurant General Manager
Overview
Sonic Drive-In seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives at KBP Drive-In in Nashville Tennessee. This role offers an annual awards program for top managers and access to a nonprofit employee support program.
What You'll Do5
- 1Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures monitor inventory manage labor review financial reports and take action as needed
- 2Recruit interview and hire team members shift managers and assistant general managers
- 3Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success
- 4Complete inventory counts
- 5Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
Requirements5
- 1At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- 2Must be at least 18 years old
- 3Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- 4Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects stand and walk for entire shifts safely maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment
- 5Experience with POS systems and kitchen equipment
