Overview
The Print Software Program Delivery team seeks a leader to drive programs across the organization. This role owns schedules and milestones monitors progress and provides updates to senior leadership. Responsibilities include scoping technical designs driving execution delivering software features and acting as a bridge between marketing Design and R&D. The ideal candidate defines architecture establishes quality plans and ensures on-time delivery.
What You'll Do10
- 1Plays a critical role in planning and executing complex visible projects supporting software product evolution
- 2Partners across functions to prioritize plan and track complex cross organizational programs
- 3Defines processes that comprise the software development lifecycle and mentors team members
- 4Mitigates program risks and resolves issues affecting release scope schedule and quality
- 5Drives and tracks software releases features and bug fixes testing and documentation
- 6Utilizes agile development practices and reports metrics for engineering development
- 7Operates a controlled software release process with a product lifecycle management tool
- 8Leads large functional teams impacting long term organizational goals
- 9Provides guidance and mentorship to junior employees
- 10Contributes to innovative principles and contributes to HP’s most complex disciplines
Requirements8
- 1Comprehensive experience developing commercial software products using agile practices
- 2Expertise managing cross organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery
- 3Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on engineering metrics
- 4Analytical problem solving experience with large scale systems
- 5Proficiency with a controlled software release process involving a product lifecycle management tool
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or demonstrated competence
- 8Typically 10+ years of relevant experience

$147 - $231k per year
