Overview
Lead the design and delivery of automation platforms for enterprise storage and backup infrastructure at scale. Own complex requirements, drive architecture decisions, and mentor peers while delivering secure, maintainable solutions with CI/CD.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python to automate storage and backup workflows
- 2Design, develop, and maintain automation platforms and services with a focus on security and reliability
- 3Mentor engineers on CI-CD practices and automate tool stacks to improve delivery velocity
- 4Drive spike/proof-of-concept work to mitigate risk and validate new ideas
- 5Create reusable frameworks and components to accelerate automation delivery across the organization
- 6Execute story refinement, estimate work, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria and compliance
Requirements8
- 18+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2Python experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
- 3Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- 4Experience with Linux-based environments
- 5Strong experience with Git and modern development workflows
- 6Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
- 7Demonstrated leadership across teams and technical initiatives
- 8Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
