Requirements11
- 1Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years applied experience
- 2Proficiency in Python or Java with proven track record of successful delivery
- 3Hands-on experience building distributed systems with Apache Kafka and exactly-once semantics
- 4Strong AWS expertise including ECS/EKS Lambda API Gateway RDS S3 KMS IAM CloudWatch Terraform
- 5Deep understanding of event-driven microservices architecture and REST APIs
- 6Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and safe deployment strategies
- 7Knowledge of responsible AI practices and secure data handling principles
- 8Solid reliability fundamentals including retries idempotency and observability
- 9Leadership experience directing projects or teams and setting technical direction
- 10Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
- 11Hands-on experience with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana
