Software Engineer, Agentic Search Systems
Overview
You will own the evaluation and optimization of AI-generated content in agentic search systems at Mercor, a platform connecting elite talent with leading AI labs. You will work with a team of engineers and researchers to scale data infrastructure and improve retrieval accuracy. This role is fully remote and contract-based, offering the chance to directly impact AI model performance.
What You'll Do5
