- 10Maintain BLS certification and reliable transportation for home visits

Requirements10
- 1Master of Social Work degree from accredited institution
- 2Current state licensure with supervision hours if required
- 3Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills
- 4Home visit experience requiring BLS and driver's license
- 5Case Management Certification preferred
- 6Understanding of care management principles and insurance processes
- 7Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
