What You'll Do10

  • 10Support death/dying process and caregiver teaching

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited program and 3-5 years palliative care or hospice experience
  • 2Ability to assess emotional and social needs and administer psychological assessments
  • 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 4Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team and solve problems
  • 5Proficiency with computers and documenting processes
  • 6Knowledge of community resources and financial benefits
  • 7Awareness of cultural diversity and professional boundaries
  • 8Current Arizona driver's license and auto insurance
  • 9Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • 10Bilingual abilities are a plus
