Overview
As a Soccer Staff Coach at Select Soccer Club, you'll own player development for younger age groups across the South Shore, shaping confident and community-minded athletes. You'll join a family-run organization dedicated to fostering passion and integrity on and off the field. Your role blends on-field coaching with mentorship, helping players grow technically and personally. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead training sessions for younger age groups, focusing on technical skills and a love for the game.

- 4Communicate with parents and players about progress, schedules, and expectations.
- 5Ensure all sessions are safe, organized, and punctual, arriving prepared with equipment.
- 6Collaborate with other coaches to share ideas and improve the club's curriculum.
- 7Mentor players on sportsmanship and community responsibility beyond the field.
- 8Support game-day operations, including lineup management and in-game adjustments.

- 1Must be a US citizen or green card holder, legally authorized to work in the US.
