Overview
You will own the transformation of raw data into clear business insights, working with Snowflake at scale for a long-term engagement. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting within the first 90 days.
- 2Design and implement data models that turn raw source data into clean, queryable datasets.
- 3Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- 4Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- 5Own the accuracy and integrity of data deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- 6Debug and optimize existing Snowflake queries and workflows for performance.
- 7Drive the adoption of best practices for data governance and documentation.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering, with a focus on Snowflake.
- 23+ years of hands-on SQL development, including complex joins, window functions, and CTEs.
- 3Proven experience with Snowflake features such as tasks, streams, and time travel.
- 4Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including star schemas and ETL/ELT.
- 5Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure, in a data context.
- 6Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO from day one.
