Overview
Self-motivated individual responsible for managing slaking process quality and timing while supervising slurry distribution. You will lead preventative maintenance of slurry systems and conduct quality control testing. This role emphasizes independent work and supporting career growth within a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Follow safety procedures and file required documentation promptly
- 2Report operational or safety concerns to supervision
- 3Operate front-end loader and other equipment for cleanup tasks
- 4Perform routine maintenance on machinery and assist with vacancy coverage
- 5Unload rail cars and mix lime and water at proper ratios
- 6Drive and operate equipment safely while ensuring efficiency
- 7Maintain clean work areas and follow governmental safety regulations
- 8Troubleshoot daily challenges and adapt to shifting schedules
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
Requirements6
- 1Current Texas driver's license with clean record
- 2Minimum 1 year heavy industrial experience
- 3Mechanical knowledge of machinery and ability to perform welding/cutting
- 4Physical stamina for lifting 50 pounds and working in harsh environments
- 5Strong communication skills and flexibility for travel
- 6Dedication to safety compliance and teamwork
