- 3Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance, catching failures before they halt production.
- 4Identify and report operating issues immediately, reducing downtime and ensuring safety.
- 5Follow safety and environmental procedures, integrating them into every task.
- 6Adjust process parameters based on real-time data to keep output consistent.
- 7Document operational data, shift logs, and maintenance actions for team alignment.
- 8Support site team during peak demand, stepping in where needed to keep lines moving.
