Site Manager, Security & Defense Facility Philadelphia
Overview
The Site Manager will lead the security team at the Philadelphia site and ensure safe, compliant operations at scale. You will supervise Lieutenants and Security Officers, shaping coverage, discipline, and performance. This role combines leadership, integrity, and operational oversight to protect critical facilities. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain 24/7 supervisory coverage and effective cross-shift collaboration for the security team
- 2Lead Lieutenants in enforcing the company Core Values and professional conduct
- 3Own scheduling and adherence to CBAs and company policies to prevent open posts
- 4Drive disciplinary actions per the Progressive Disciplinary Policy and applicable laws
- 5Scale safety audits and quality control inspections at shift starts and during operations
- 6Design and implement attendance tracking and recognition programs to reward performance
- 7Oversee safety inspections and hazard mitigation aligned with the Safety Plan
- 8Recruit and onboard new Security Officers with PM support and ensure readiness
- 9Provide emergency post coverage to maintain perimeter integrity during staffing gaps
- 10Publish reports and assist with contract compliance and policy development
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred, minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum of five (5) years of supervision experience in security or related field
- 3Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Armed Security Officer in last five years
- 4Current Active Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification
- 5Proficiency with firearms (9mm and AR-15)
- 6Must be at least 21 years old or an honorably discharged veteran
- 7No felony convictions or domestic violence history
- 8U.S. citizen with proof of legal residency and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance
- 9Valid state driver’s license
- 10Ability to speak and read English proficiently for regulations and orders
- 11Ability to complete training including two weeks of paid training upon hire
