What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare burgers sandwiches wraps pizza appetizers fried foods and other menu items made to order
- 2Grill fryer ovens and other kitchen stations
- 3Confidently operate kitchen independently during designated shifts
- 4Prepare and portion ingredients and menu items for service
- 5Multitask between incoming orders food preparation restocking and cleaning
- 6Stay productive during slower periods by completing prep work and maintaining kitchen
- 7Monitor food and supply levels and restock as needed
- 8Maintain clean organized and sanitary workspace
- 9Follow recipes portioning food safety and sanitation standards
- 10Complete opening and closing kitchen duties
Requirements9
- 1Previous short order or line cook experience preferred
- 2Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 3Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- 4Ability to prioritize orders and prep responsibilities during busy periods
- 5Self-motivated and able to identify what needs to be prepared stocked or cleaned throughout the shift
- 6Reliable and punctual
- 7Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- 8ServSafe Food Handler Certificate a plus
- 9Weekend availability required
