What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise and coordinate the work of shop mechanics and technicians
- 2Prioritize assign and track Repair Orders Work Orders and Inspections
- 3Perform diagnostics repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
- 4Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- 5Maintain inventory schedule services and manage shop workflows
- 6Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency
- 7Communicate with dispatch and operations to keep equipment running smoothly
Requirements7
- 1Proven diesel mechanic experience lead or supervisory experience a plus
- 2Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- 3Ability to work independently and manage a team
- 4Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping and diagnostics
- 5Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- 6Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- 7CDL preferred but not required
