What You'll Do11
- 1Lead troubleshooting and repair of dump trucks and heavy equipment
- 2Perform preventative maintenance on fleet and vehicles
- 3Troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems

- 6Conduct check in and check out inspections for fleet equipment
- 7Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians
- 8Communicate equipment status to supervisors and field crews
- 9Order and coordinate parts for repairs and shipping
- 10Assist leadership with shop operations and process improvements
- 11Promote safe and efficient shop environment
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience with diesel fleet heavy equipment repair
- 2Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- 3Valid driver’s license with manual transmission preference
- 4Bilingual Spanish English proficiency preferred
- 5CDL Class A with manual endorsement required
- 6Welding fabrication skills
- 7Basic computer literacy
- 8Reliable attendance record
