What You'll Do9
- 1Build and reconcile invoices, matching items and quantities to each order
- 2Pack fragile items with appropriate materials to protect value and condition
- 3Create shipping labels and packing slips and ensure correct documents accompany each shipment
- 4Perform final quality checks on SKU, quantity, condition, and documentation before sealing packages
- 5Stage outgoing packages for carrier pickup and maintain precise records
- 6Maintain a clean, organized packing station and replenish packing materials as needed
- 7Receive and unpack incoming materials and supplies as required
- 8Assist with small-parcel staging as needed while prioritizing invoice-driven packing
- 9Follow written procedures and document any exceptions or issues
Requirements6
- 1Must be able to lift up to 40lbs occasionally
- 2Must be highly detail-oriented and comfortable following written procedures
- 3Experience with order packing/fulfillment, barcode scanners, or shipping software is a plus
- 4Training provided; willingness to learn and adapt
- 5Ability to work Monday to Friday and some weekends during peak periods
- 6Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
