What You'll Do7
- 1Provide training and create work schedules
- 2Evaluate worker performance and discipline underperformers
- 3Prepare production or sales reports for management
- 4Ensure unit meets quality productivity and safety expectations
- 5Act as contact for employee complaints and time off requests
- 6Mentor employees and encourage goal setting
- 7Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid ServSafe certification preferred
- 3Pay Range $21.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
- 4Full-time schedule Sunday through Saturday
- 5Previous kitchen leadership and culinary experience required
