Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum 1 year restaurant or retail experience with at least 6 months supervisory exposure
- 3Proven ability to multitask, motivate staff, and resolve conflicts professionally
- 4Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- 5Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and travel to multiple locations
- 6Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification during employment
