Overview
Lead a high-energy quick service restaurant team at Zaxby's in Dallas, Texas. You own shift operations, from mentoring crew to managing front and back of house, ensuring food safety, and driving store sales. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead by example, modeling Zaxby's and BG Foods 621 values and culture.
- 2Communicate team wins, priorities, best practices, and operational changes for a brilliant execution.
- 3Serve as a hands-on floor manager, deploying labor to maximize throughput.
- 4Deliver sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success.
- 5Ensure food safety and security standards are met consistently.
- 6Maintain food service and production levels by leading strong BOH and FOH execution.
- 7Address performance issues quickly through coaching, counseling, and conflict management.
- 8Contribute ideas to increase productivity, retention, and operations.
Requirements5
- 11+ years of restaurant or team leadership experience.
- 2Passion for food and restaurant operations.
- 3Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a high-volume environment.
