What You'll Do9

  • 3Execute the 'Conquer the Rush' plan to maximize efficiency during peak hours, including directing drivers on delivery routes and managing the make line.
  • 4Manage cash and card transactions, reconcile the register at shift end, and deposit earnings in the store safe.
  • 5Interview and hire new crew members, following the franchise's recruitment checklist and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
  • 6Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols, including cleaning schedules and temperature logs for the walk-in cooler and prep stations.
