What You'll Do9
- 1Lead the opening, mid, or closing shift, directing team members to meet speed and accuracy goals during peak hours.

- 3Own the shift's labor and food cost targets, adjusting deployment and waste to hit budget.
- 4Interview and recommend hires for your store, ensuring candidates meet driving and background requirements.
- 5Train new team members on register, makeline, and delivery procedures during their first 2 weeks.
- 6Enforce safe driving policies for all delivery drivers, verifying insurance and vehicle condition daily.
- 7Resolve customer complaints on the spot, offering refunds or remakes to turn frustration into loyalty.
- 8Audit the store's cleanliness and food safety compliance before and after your shift, documenting any gaps.
- 9Drive your own vehicle for deliveries when the store is short-staffed, maintaining a clean driving record.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old with a valid US driver's license
- 21+ year of driving experience with a safe driving record
- 3A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- 41-2 years of management experience preferred
- 5A desire to lead people and grow with the company
- 6Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- 7Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
