What You'll Do10
- 1Follows all cash control and security procedures including safe counting and cash drawer management
- 2Conducts daily and weekly inventory inspections and receives orders
- 3Motivates staff to exceed guest expectations with accurate fast and friendly service
- 4Coaches and provides feedback to improve team capabilities
- 5Sets an example by implementing shift plans and driving operational results
- 6Directs product preparation and sale for prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines
- 7Motivates team members during shifts across workstations
- 8Reviews results to identify successes and areas for improvement
- 9Upholds all operational and brand standards
- 10Performs duties of a Team Member when needed
Requirements7
- 1Must be at least eighteen years old
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 3Two years of college education preferred
- 4One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience
- 5Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- 6Available for evenings weekends and holidays
- 7Ability to work long and irregular shifts
