What You'll Do7
- 1Lead and supervise crew during assigned shifts to hit daily sales and service goals
- 2Deliver standout guest experiences by modeling hospitality and resolving issues on the spot
- 3Open and close the restaurant following checklists, including cash handling and end-of-shift reports
- 4Monitor soup freshness and presentation to meet Zoup's quality standards
- 5Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance and morale
- 6Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols in line with ServSafe guidelines
- 7Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Requirements7
- 11+ years in a restaurant, food service, or retail leadership role
- 2Proven ability to communicate clearly and work as a team player
- 3Strong multitasking skills and composure under pressure
- 4Reliable, punctual, with a solid work ethic
- 5Basic math and cash handling skills, plus comfort with POS systems
- 6ServSafe certification preferred, not required
- 7Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
