Overview
Run every shift at Snap Custom Pizza in Towson, from opening to closing, with total ownership of the line and daily operations. You manage a team of artisans, delegate tasks, and enforce cleanliness and food safety standards. What You'll Do8
- 1Own the full shift: open or close the store, set up the line, and lead the team through peak hours
- 2Work every station on the line, including dishwashing, prep, and cashier, to set the pace
- 3Direct daily activities: delegate tasks to artisans, enforce cleaning policies, and drive operational success
- 4Train new team members on station duties, tools, and food safety, building a positive culture
- 5Run shifts end-to-end: manage throughput, answer guest questions, and resolve issues on the spot
- 6Use the Point of Sale system to ring orders, take phone orders, and serve curbside pickup customers
- 7Maintain a spotless store: dining room, front line, and kitchen, meeting health department standards
- 8Coordinate with staff to ensure speed and accuracy on every order, from dough to delivery
Requirements7
- 11+ year experience in a fast-casual or restaurant environment, with supervisor duties preferred
- 2Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- 3Mastery of all line stations, including dishwashing and prep, within 30 days
- 4Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts at our Towson store
- 5Strong people skills: greet guests warmly, handle complaints, and build team morale
- 6Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts weekly, any mix of opening or closing
- 7Knowledge of opening/closing procedures, money handling, and POS systems
