Own store operations during manager absences at a high-volume Denver retail location. 5+ years of retail leadership experience preferred. What You'll Do10
- 1Open and close the store without management, including systems startups, cash handling, and securing the building.
- 2Coach team members on customer engagement and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
- 3Oversee warehouse and vendor ordering, including receiving deliveries and opening the back door for vendors.
- 4Register all sales and manage cash processes, including voids, refunds, drops, and change requests.
- 5Review order exceptions and assist with reverse logistics, such as returns and 1506s.
- 6Build and maintain displays, complete resets, and ensure inventory counts stay accurate in all areas.
- 7Execute pricing changes and ensure signage accuracy to meet regulatory compliance.
- 8Support bookkeeping activities like cash reports, counts, and bill payments.
- 9Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including food separation and stock rotation per policy.
- 10Lead bag checks and enforce company policies to prevent loss.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
- 2Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- 3PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
- 4Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
- 5Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- 6Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
