What You'll Do8
- 1Operate all kitchen equipment including pizza ovens, dough sheeters, and slicers during your shift.
- 2Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler within the first hour of shift.
- 3Prepare pizza products, toppings, and dough according to Domino's specs and quality standards.
- 4Receive and process telephone orders using POS system and headset, entering order details accurately.
- 5Take inventory counts and complete shift paperwork, recording waste and usage.
- 6Clean equipment, prep surfaces, and dining area throughout the shift to meet health code standards.
- 7Direct and support team members during rush hours, assigning tasks and ensuring timing goals are met.
- 8Handle cash and card transactions, making change correctly and balancing drawer at shift end.
Requirements8
- 118 years or older with legal work authorization.
- 2Prior QSR experience highly desired, especially in food prep or leadership roles.
- 3Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately using a calculator.
- 4Verbal and written communication skills to take orders over phone and in person.
- 5Motor coordination for precise movements: shaping dough, using pizza cutter and peel.
- 6Comfort working in temperatures from 36°F cooler to 90°F+ in kitchen areas.
- 7Ability to lift cases up to 50 pounds repeatedly from floor to shelves up to 72 inches high.
- 8Standing for most of shift, with frequent bending and reaching, and occasional crouching.
