What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and support all departments and staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations.

- 4Ensure the restaurant is fully staffed and running efficiently by managing schedules and daily operations.
- 5Order food and supplies while managing the budget to meet targets.
- 6Work weekend mid-shifts (Saturday & Sunday required) and accommodate peak restaurant hours.
- 7Ensure compliance with all company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements6
- 11+ year of management experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
