What You'll Do8
- 1Lead daily shift operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience
- 2Coach develop and support Team Members to drive performance and engagement
- 3Ensure compliance with food safety alcohol service and company standards
- 4Monitor labor service and operational efficiency throughout each shift
- 5Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide real-time coaching
- 6Support hiring training and retention of Team Members
- 7Promote sales initiatives and company loyalty programs
- 8Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by state or local law
- 3Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications where required by state or local law
- 4Previous restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume full-service environment preferred
- 5Strong leadership communication and guest service skills
- 6Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- 7Experience working at Buffalo Wild Wings preferred
