Overview
You own the shift: from food safety to guest experience to team coaching, all in a fast-paced counter-service environment. You support the General Manager in daily operations and keep the team sharp, delivering legendary service every shift. The role demands state or county food handling certification and at least two years of restaurant experience. What You'll Do9
- 1Oversee shift operations: assign tasks, monitor performance, and adjust staffing to meet demand.
- 2Coach team members on service standards, food safety, and speed of service to drive guest satisfaction.
- 3Enforce state and county food handling requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
- 4Handle guest issues on the spot, turning problems into legendary experiences.
- 5Manage cash handling and POS transactions, reconciling drawers at shift end.
- 6Lead opening or closing procedures, including cleaning checklists and security protocols.
- 7Train new hires on wing preparation, sauces, and kitchen equipment, using Best-in-Class Training.
- 8Drive sales by upselling combos and promoting loyalty programs during high-traffic hours.
- 9Track inventory levels for wings and sauces, communicating shortages to the GM before they impact service.
Requirements6
- 118 years of age or higher per applicable law.
- 2Certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
- 32+ years of experience in restaurant, quick service restaurant, or Buffalo Wild Wings.
- 4Exceptional guest service skills and ability to create legendary experiences.
- 5Eligible to work in the U.S.
- 6Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
