What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare cash drawers and verify accuracy during opening procedures
- 2Conduct dough pulls and line checks to ensure service readiness
- 3Organize incoming orders and maintain proper storage
- 4Greet guests warmly and resolve inquiries professionally
- 5Monitor team adherence to policies and safety guidelines
- 6Track inventory levels and report shortages to management
- 7Complete closing tasks including cash reconciliation and facility security
- 8Communicate shift summaries to management with detailed observations
- 9Function as team member during service and support station duties
- 10Escalate personnel issues directly to management when needed
Requirements6
- 11-2 years restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
- 2Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions
- 3Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- 4Proficiency in food preparation and sanitation standards
- 5Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 65+ years experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
