What You'll Do11
- 1Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty
- 2Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume operations
- 3Communicate clearly and positively with management and team members
- 4Greet customers in person or via phone and take orders professionally
- 5Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
- 6Help support shift management
- 7Communicate daily job assignments on each shift
- 8Oversee pre-close functions while maintaining service and food quality standards
- 9Oversee cash management duties as Front of House
- 10Adhere to waste tracking procedures and food labor cost best practices as Back of House
- 11Upsell additional products to enhance revenue
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience
- 3AWS Certified
- 4CPC Card certification
- 5Bold technology names: Python React Kubernetes AWS Certified CPC Card
- 6Experience with Spark Airflow Kubernetes AWS
- 7Ability to calculate accurate monetary change
- 8Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 9Ability to multitask effectively
- 10Fast-paced environment experience
