What You'll Do5
- 1Build daily restaurant operations to deliver consistent guest experiences and food quality
- 2Lead shifts to ensure brand standards, safety, and regulatory compliance are met
- 3Drive guest service excellence and resolve issues to achieve guest recovery
- 4Coach and train team members, identifying internal candidates for Shift Lead roles
- 5Support the General Manager in analyzing performance trends and implementing improvement actions
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old
- 26+ months of restaurant operations experience
- 3Complete Shift Lead training; ServSafe in some states
- 4English communication required; Spanish helpful
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
