Team Member, Food Service & Hospitality at QDOBA
Overview
Own the guest experience from greeting to service at a fast paced restaurant. Thrive in a team environment and uphold quality and safety standards in every dish and interaction. Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and help maintain multiple stations throughout shifts. This role is onsite in Phoenix and offers contract part time opportunities with room for growth to leadership.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build rapport with guests and exceed expectations
- 2Follow recipe and preparation guidelines while maintaining quality
- 3Restock and organize stations to ensure smooth service
- 4Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, walls and floors
- 5Assist management and fellow team members to provide a positive guest experience
- 6Monitor sanitation safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment in the restaurant
- 7Represent QDOBA as an ambassador and uphold brand standards
- 8Clean and maintain appearance and professionalism at all times
- 9Perform additional tasks as directed by management
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Must be at least 16 years old
- 3Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- 4Strong communication and listening skills
- 5Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- 6Desire to work in a fast paced growing brand and lead others
- 7Reliable transportation
- 8Availability for part time schedule
- 9Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
- 10Commitment to following safety and sanitation policies
