What You'll Do11
- 1Support pre-sales activities such as demonstrations and prepare Statement of Work documents
- 2Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow for Security program support
- 3Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with engagement leads
- 4Facilitate project introductions and weekly client status meetings
- 5Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration
- 6Conduct final quality assurance reviews of all project deliverables
- 7Design and deliver end user training sessions
- 8Expand client vision to drive additional business value through ServiceNow
- 9Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
- 10Provide business consulting to senior leaders on operations and technical matters
- 11Maintain ethical standards and integrity in all client interactions
Requirements10
- 15+ years' experience in professional environment
- 23+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations with security focus
- 3Certifications in Certified System Administrator CSA and/or Certified Implementation Specialist SIR
- 4Knowledge of Security program on ServiceNow platform
- 5Ability to travel for client engagements
- 6Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- 7Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- 8Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- 9Bachelor’s degree required
- 10Willingness to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams
Salary Insight
$103 - $211k per year
