We seek a Service to Sales Manager to lead our Service to Sales Center at a Fairfield County dealership. The role involves managing service communications prospecting and closing luxury vehicle deals. This position offers competitive compensation and commission structure.
What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee daily operations of the Service to Sales department at a store level
- 2Manage outbound service prospecting calls texts and follow-up tasks
- 3Appraise cars select inventory and close deals
- 4Lead coach and motivate sales team members to close deals
- 5Ensure accurate CRM updates and follow-up processes
- 6Monitor appointment show and close rates
- 7Partner closely with Sales Managers Service Managers Pre-Owned Managers Service Advisors Technicians and Sales Advisors to maximize workflow and client satisfaction
- 8Maintain high CSI standards consistent with leading luxury brands

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience
- 35+ years constructing ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 43-5 seasons of experience
- 5Client-focused and team-oriented attitude
- 6Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 7Proficiency with CRM systems
- 8Valid driver’s license
