- 1Build relationships and create customers for life
- 2Assist buyers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
- 3Be the vehicle expert knowing product offerings optional packages and latest technology
- 4Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- 5Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
- 6Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- 7Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analysis
- 8Bring a positive attitude and bring your ‘A game’ every day
Requirements8
- 1Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- 2Ready to hit the ground running learning new product in’s and out’s
- 3Fantastic communication skills with customers
- 4Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- 5Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
- 6Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and MVR
- 7Physical demands include standing walking using hands reaching climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching sitting lifting up to 40 pounds having close vision and depth perception
