What You'll Do6
- 1Perform accurate diagnostics using diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- 2Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and fluid checks
- 3Test drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards
- 4Maintain detailed records of all work performed parts used and services recommended
- 5Collaborate with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- 6Communicate repair needs clearly to customers while handling challenging situations professionally
Requirements6
- 1Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred
- 2Applicable certifications and technical trainings
- 3Proficiency with diagnostic tools repair equipment and technical manuals
- 4Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
- 5Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods
- 6Excellent customer service skills
