Service Technician Trainee, Dishwashing Equipment & Customer Service
Overview
Service Technician Trainee will own hands-on maintenance and service of commercial dishwashing equipment at our Santa Clara location, starting with paid training. You will build customer relationships, learn preventive maintenance, and operate routes with independence after training. What You'll Do5
- 1Build strong customer relationships during scheduled visits Maintain and service commercial dishwashing equipment
- 2Deliver outstanding customer service during service visits and manage on-site inventory Provide preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
- 3Develop and execute routine maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime Manage daily routes and travel between customer locations
- 4Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to customers Deliver products and manage inventory at customer sites
- 5Communicate maintenance findings and recommendations clearly to customers and team members
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- 2Enjoy working independently with customers and strong communication skills
- 3Willingness to learn and operate basic hand tools 3+ years of experience not required
- 4dependable, organized, self-motivated and open to occasional on-call rotation
- 5No heavy industry experience required; training provided by Auto-Chlor System
