What You'll Do11
- 1Perform basic work using prescribed procedures
- 2Respond to customer requests for service including connections and disconnections

- 5Complete and maintain accurate records and reports for compliance
- 6May read meters and record usage for billing
- 7Hold stand-by duty, work shifts, holidays, weekends, emergency callouts, and occasional extended hours
- 8Identify and report safety and encroachment issues
- 9Inspect and operate assigned company vehicles and equipment safely
- 10Support company values and adhere to safety protocols
- 11Become familiar with the Safety Manual and contribute to a safe working environment

- 1General educational knowledge through high school diploma or GED
- 2Valid driver's license meeting company standards
- 3Ability to use company internet/intranet for data entry and reference tasks
- 4Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- 5Physical ability to lift 45 pounds to 42 inches and 53 pounds to 52 inches
- 6Capacity to generate 95 foot-pounds of force at 32 inches
- 7Experience with safety-sensitive roles requiring DOT and PHMSA screenings
- 8Basic understanding of safety manual and commitment to its principles
- 9Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform ladder or roof tasks
- 10Good vision and hearing, along with strong sense of smell
- 11Willingness to work in teams or independently
